My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant with a few ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering good value for the stay, but some areas could benefit from renovation. The service was exceptional in terms of friendliness and helpfulness despite some issues at Reception. The location was convenient, close to the central station and the Altstadt, although a bit remote with no immediate bus stop. The dining experience was fantastic but on the pricier side. The hotel's facilities were well-equipped and enjoyable.
The hotel offers spacious and very clean rooms with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Parking is available for an extra charge, and the breakfast provided is good. The wifi works well in the living room. However, the rooms can become a bit warm at times.
The hotel offers clean and adequate rooms despite being slightly outdated, with surprising in-room facilities. The service is friendly and accommodating, though some communication was in German. The location is superb, easily accessible from the train station and close to a lovely park. Dining options are varied but not top quality. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were recently refurbished, quiet, and spacious, with brand new interiors and a clean, modern bathroom complete with a fantastic shower. However, the lack of air conditioning in May made the room uncomfortably hot due to transitional weather.
The hotel had the potential to be good, but the room heating wasn't working during my stay, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Yet, the room was well-equipped, and the staff were helpful and friendly throughout.
